Children of Haiti     

 Ryan Covino, Associate Partner at NORTHEAST REALTYPARTNERS, spent Saturday March 6th breaking a sweat!  Ryan flew to San Diego to take part in a 5am-5pm workout that would benefit the children of Haiti.  Joe Stumpf, founder of By Referral Only, a real estate and mortgage coaching community Ryan has been a part of since June of 2008; put together this one day event where only 12 real estate or mortgage consultants throughout North America would be able to attend.  The workout was hosted by Robert Budd of Phyzycs and Ezia Human Performance and started promptly at 5am where the first segment was focused on Kettle Bell Training, the second segment was at the beach where they did Yoga and body weight exercises.  Lunch at Joe Stumpf’s house followed.  The third segment was running at the beach and also running the stairs.  The workout concluded with a power Kettle Bell series and they wrapped up the day having pasta at Joe’s home.
